ORMOC CITY – A 15-year-old boy, who was driving a stolen motorcycle, was turned over to this city’s Social Development Center for Children and Youth (SDCCY) on February 17, 2025.
The said minor was identified as alias “Noel,” 15 years old, a resident of Naval, Biliran. The said minor was flagged down by this city’s Public Market guards after seeing a juvenile driving a new XRM 125 motorcycle. According to the market guards, alias “Noel” was driving said motorcycle from the said municipality to Ormoc City. The said guards also found out that Noel ran away from his home.
“Taga Naval, Biliran ko Sir ug nilayas ko sa among balay,” the minor said. It was also found out that said minor stole the said motorcycle from his employer, who sells fried chicken in the said town.
