ORMOC CITY MAYOR LUCY TORRES GOMEZ speaks before the participants of the 2023 DENR Multistakeholder Forum at Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Ilo-ilo City. In the event, she discussed the collaboration of LGU-Ormoc and the Energy Development Corporation (EDC) through the Adopt-A-City program, which would, accordingly, be a part of the pillars for the success of the DENR’s Project Transform.

Among all the cities in the Philippines, Ormoc City was chosen to be the pilot city of the said project.
