PRESIDENT FERDINAND “BONGBONG” MARCOS himself led the induction of the new set of officers of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) – Visayas Islands wherein Ormoc’s very own City Councilor Lalaine A. Marcos, who serves as PCL-Ormoc Chapter President, was elected as PCL-Visayas Island’s Treasurer.
