CHED GRANTS CCO PERMISSION TO OFFER FOUR (4) BACHELOR’S DEGREE PROGRAMS. The City College of Ormoc (CCO) has been officially granted permission by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to offer several Bachelor’s degree programs. These include the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing Management, Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, Bachelor of Science in Social Work, and Bachelor of Public Administration.
The grant came after the comprehensive evaluation conducted by the CHED Central Office which issued the following Reports on the Result of Preliminary Assessment (RRPA) series of 2024: RRPA No. 1 (BS Social Work); RRPA No. 2 (Bachelor of Public Administration); RRPA No. 3 (BS Office Administration); and RRPA No. 4 (BSBA Major in Marketing Management).
The reports further affirm that the City College of Ormoc is “ready and capable” to offer the first- and second-year levels of these academic degrees starting Academic Year 2023-2024.
