FIRST BATCH OF RECIPIENTS OF THE 2024 SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON STRENGTHENING VAWC HELPDESK HOLDS IT ON SEPTEMBER 16. The first batch of recipients of this year’s Seminar-Workshop on Strengthening VAWC Helpdesk holds it last September 16, 2024. Spearheaded by the City Social Welfare Department (CSWD), the attendees learned about Handling VAWC Cases, Issuance of a Barangay Protection Order (BPO), and Filling-up Referral Forms. The said whole-day seminar was held at the Function Hall, 2nd Floor, CSWD Annex-Building in Barangay Punta.
The activity was participated by Punong Barangays, Sangguniang Barangay (SB) Members, and VAWC in-charge of the barangays of District 1 in Ormoc City.
