ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, September 25, 2024, the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office VIII (DSWD-8) led the Pugay Tagumpay Ceremony, which took place at the Multipurpose Hall, Ormoc City Hall. The event, accordingly, was organized to recognize the achievements of individuals and groups who have made significant contributions to community development and social welfare initiatives. Accordingly, with each accomplishment achieved, the celebration was also meant to inspire a sense of pride and motivation, strengthening the organization’s commitment to improving the lives of the community.
