LEYTE 4^TH DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE Richard I. Gomez personally led the entrustment of 48 Female Dairy Carabaos/Buffaloes on October 31, 2024 to the Ormoc City Cacao Farmers Association (OCCFA), which turnover ceremony happened at the DILG-Ormoc Parking Area.

Accordingly, the initiative signifies the support of the local government unit of Ormoc to the benefiry-farmers, promoting a wide range of economic opportunities and sources of income for said farmers.
