THE MARCH 12, 2025 CITY HALL ON WHEELS (CHOW) was held in Barangay Sabang Bao, bringing government services closer to the people. Yet four (4) barangays and their respective constituents gathered to benefit from the said local event from Barangay Bayog, Barangay Labrador, Barangay San Jose, all the way to Barangay Sabang Bao.

At the said CHOW, the residents availed of various services, including medical consultations, processing of government documents, legal assistance and consultation, distribution of seeds, feeding programs, and many more.

The said City Hall on Wheels was also attended by SP Member Rey Evangelista, SP Member Edmund Kierulf, SP Member Burt Pades, SP Member Lalaine Marcos, SP Member Caren Torres Rama, and the Barangay Officials of Barangay Bayog, Barangay Labrador, Barangay San Jose and Barangay Sabang Bao.
