LEYTE 3^RD DEO ASSISTS TRAVELERS THIS HOLY WEEK 2025. The DPWH Leyte Third District Engineering Office, under the leadership of Engr. Cesar Makabenta, was able to provide assistance to travelers and local visitors traversing the National Highways in the area from the towns of Villaba to the farthest Leyte, Leyte, with the main objective of a safe journey during the observance of the Holy Week 2025.
Through its Lakbay Alalay Program, the Maintenance personnel of the Leyte 3rd DEO, stationed at the Calubian Junction, promptly responded to assist a vehicle that overheated along the said national road.
