NAVAL, BILIRAN – Pahuman na ang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Biliran District Engineering Office (BDEO) sanglit anaa na sa “final phase” sa PHP291.72-million ang Caraycaray-Cabungaan-Libtong nga projekto sa karsada.

Ang tibuok projekto nga gisugdan niadtong 2018, ug karon anaa na sa 93.14% ang natapos ug may alokasyon nga PHP271.72 million sa total nga gigahin nga kantidad nga nahuman apil na niini ang sa gipa-implementar sa DPWH Regional Office 8-sa 2021 og 2022. Sumala pa sa OIC-District Engineer nga si Engineer Irwin L. Antonio, “This project will significantly enhance trade and industry in Naval and the entire Province of Biliran by improving transportation access for businesses, farmers, and residents. Easier mobility means better market opportunities, reduced transport costs, and increased economic activity in the area.”
Inig ma-komplito na, mag-sumpay na unya kini sa national road junction sa Caraycaray-Cabungaan-Libtong ug National Road Junction sa Villa Consuelo-Libtong ngadto sa Naval-Caibiran Cross Country Road (NCCCR). “This development will create a vital transportation link, benefiting commuters and facilitating economic growth in the region,” dugang pa ni Engr.
