Sa inisyal nga imbistigasyon nasayran nga pagkanaog sa driver sa iyang Honda ACB125CBFPII, nga may plaka nga 541HOE, aron unta e-deliver ang Shopee parcel sa nahisgutang lugar, kalit lang gibanus ug gisakyan sa suspek dayon sutoy pagpadagan sa direksyon paingon sa Tacloban. Dugang pa nga nahabilin ang yawi sa motorsiklo, hinungdan nga napaandar niini ang nakaparada nga motor.
Pero gigukod siya ug naabtan sa arresting officer didto na duol sa Peñaranda Birthing Center sa Brgy. Cogon, Ormoc City. Gibana-bana ang kantidad sa maong single motorcycle kay PHP144,064.00. Giditinir na karon ang suspek samtang andam ang kaso batok kaniya.
