ORMOC CITY – Duha arestado sa buy-bust operation sa Ormoc City Police Station 6 (OCPS6), didto sa Barangay Ipil, gabii niadtong Abril 30.
Ang mga suspek giila nga si alyas “Kano,” 36 anyos, og “Upaw,” 30 anyos. Parihong olitaw, walay mga trabaho ug mga residenti sa nahisgutang barangay.
Naka-rekober ang mga autoridad ug pito (7) ka heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets nga dunay sulod sa gidudahang shabu, ug usa (1) ka Five Hundred Pesos (PHP500.00) nga maoy gigamit nga buy-bust money, ug laing duha (2) pa ka Five Hundred Pesos (PHP500.00) nga “bogus money” sa transaksyon.
Ang mga illegal nga drugas e-sumiti sa Regional Forensic Unit 8 para sa “qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis.” Tanggong na sa OCPS6 ang suspek nga mag-atubang ug kasong paglapas sa Section 5 (Sale, Trading, Administration, Dispensation, Delivery, Distribution and Transportation of Dangerous Drugs and/or Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals) ug Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) of Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, as amended by Republic Act No. 10640.
