A MALE individual was hacked to death by his brother in Biliran, Biliran at around 4:15 P.M. on November 21, 2024.
The victim was identified as one alias “Rigor,” of legal age, a farmer, while the suspect is alias “Niko,” the victim’s half-brother. Both are residents of the said place.
Based on the police’s investigation, the said siblings had a drinking spree at the said place. After several hours, the victim and suspect had a heated argument, which resulted in the suspect getting a bladed weapon and thereafter, hacked the victim. The victim instantaneously died after being slashed on his head and neck.
