ORMOC CITY – Gipangunahan sa Ormoc City Police Office (OCPO), ubos ni PCol Nelvin M. Ricohermoso ang buy-bust operation nga niresulta sa pagka-sikop sa high value individual didto sa Brgy. South 4, Ormoc City niadtong Mayo 23, 2025.
Ang suspek giila nga si alyas “Carl,” 31 anyos, walay trabaho, ug residenti sa nahisgutang barangay. Ang hiniusang pwersa naglangkob sa taga Ormoc City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) kauban ang Ormoc City Police Station 1 (OCPS-1) og Ormoc City Intelligence Unit.
Nakompiska gikan sa posisyon sa suspek ang usa (1) ka paketi sa gidudahang shabu nga maoy “subject of sale” ug lain pang usa (1) ka paketi nga maoy “subject of possession,” usa (1) usab ka five hundred peso bill (PHP500.00) nga buy-bust money nga gi-subscribe, lakip usab ang lima (5) ka five hundred peso bills (PHP2,500.00) nga “bogus money,” ug duha (2) ka tag one thousand peso bills (PHP2,000.00) nga “bogus money.”
Ang mga nakompiskang drugas gidala sa Ormoc City Crime Laboratory para sa Chemical Examination. Samtang ang suspitsado gikustodiya sa OCPS-1 nga mag-atubang sa paglapas sa RA No. 9165, o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
