ORMOC CITY – The Ormoc Development Team (ODT) lineup is now complete for the upcoming May 2025 midterm elections following an announcement by the team this week.
Incumbent Leyte 4th District Representative Richard Gomez is seeking again the said district’s congressional post, while his wife, Ormoc City Mayor Lucy Torres Gomez, is eyeing for reelection as Ormoc’s mayor, together with former vice mayor Leo Carmelo Locsin, Jr., as the vice mayoralty candidate.
Further, Councilor-returnees who hope to be reelected again are Tommy Serafica and Dr. Gerry Penserga, together with reelectionists Rey Evangelista, Dr. Edmund Kierulf, and Atty. Jasper Lucero, Lalaine Marcos, Atty. Burt Pades, Perok Rodriguez, and Caren Torres-Rama. Completing the line-up is Atty. Ari Larrazabal.
Serafica and Penserga, accordingly, takes the place of Atty. Nolitz Quilang and Dr. Goito Yrastorza who are currently serving their last terms as City Councilor.
