ORMOC CITY MAYOR LUCY TORRES GOMEZ led the Blessing and Turnover Ceremony of the newly-constructed Day Care Center in Barangay Mas-in on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The new modern facility spans 53.2 square meters and was completed at a contract cost of PHP2,450,001.64. Present as well at the said event were City Councilors Burt Pades, Peter Rodriguez, Caren Torres Rama, and Kia Mercadal, Liga ng mga Barangay Chapter President Esteban Laurente.
