Pedere didto sa Sitio Kalipay, Brgy. Cogon, ning syudad niadtong Hulyo 15, 2025.
Naaresto sila si alyas “Gen-gen,” 31 anyos, mekaniko ug residenti sa nahisgutang barangay, ingon man usab si alyas “Lyn-lyn,” 31 gihapon, walay trabaho ug taga Brgy. Libas, Merida, Leyte. Ang hiniusang pwersa gikan sa Ormoc City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU), sa koordinasyon sa Ormoc City Police Station 1 (OCPS-1), Ormoc City Intelligence Unit, ug CIT-RIU 8.
Nakuha sa operasyon kang alyas “Gen-gen” ang tolo (3) ka plastic packs nga may sulod sa gidudahang shabu ug usa (1) ka paketi sa gidudahang shabu nga “subject of possession,” ingon man usab ang usa (1) ka genuine ug gi-subscribed nga five-hundred-peso bill (PHP500.00) nga maoy buy-bust money, hasta na pod ang pito (7) ka tag one-thousand-peso bills nga bogus money, ug lima (5) ka five-hundred-peso bills (bogus money), usa (1) ka black sling bag, usa (1) ka .45 caliber pistol, tolo (3) ka buhing bala sa kalibre 45, duha (2) ka .45 caliber pistol magazine, usa (1) ka driver’s license, cash nga two thousand five hundred sixty-two pesos (PHP2,562.00), usa (1) ka digital weighing scale, usa (1) ka rolyo nga aluminum foil, osa (1) ka disposable lighter ug usa (1) ka glass totter.
Samtang gikan kang alyas, “Lyn-lyn,” na rekober ang tolo (3) ka paketi sa gidudahang shabu nga maoy “subject of possession,” usa (1) ka black backpack, usa (1) ka black wallet, cash nga two thousand pesos (PHP2,000.00) ug national ID.
Ang mga nakompiskang ebedinsya nga drugas gisumiti sa Ormoc City Forensic Unit 8, sa Brgy. Camp Downes, Ormoc City. Tanggong na ang duha ka mga suspitsado sa OCPS-1 kinsa parihong mag-atubang ug kaso batok sa RA No. 9165, o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ug ang paglapas sa RA 10591 o Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
