ORMOC CITY – A 23-year-old male has accordingly committed suicide in Block 8, Jica, Barangay Lao, this city, on September 6, 2025.
The said victim, alias “Nico,” 23 years old, male, single, and unemployed is a resident of the said locality.
The police officers from Ormoc City Police Station (OCPS) 3, who responded to the suicide occurrence, said that his mother, “Maria,” found the victim dead and hanging from a nylon rope beneath the staircase in their home. The victim was accordingly immediately untied and was brought to Gatchalian Medical Center Hospital but was declared dead-on-arrival by the attending physician, Dr. Let Arcamo.
